At Happy in Javea we believe that a clean, well presented villa, is a major contributing factor to maintaining your property , be it for your own use, or for clients using your villa for holidays. We understand the importance of this, all properties looked after by The Happy Javea Team, are given an independent inspection by our Senior Supervisor before being signed off as completed.
Each property, is also inspected for any repairs or replacements, whilst being cleaned. Guests can pass on their comments, these are then processed and dealt with accordingly.
A villa clean is recommended every week in the rental session as well as weekly linen changes. Please note we advise that additional linen be available, for those unforeseen circumstances when accidents can occur.
